Some rules to follow
1. Do not resell this adopt. But feel free to return him back if you're not satisfied with him. No complaints after that.
2. Do not claim the design as yours. Credit must be given to me.
3. You may change the design...a little but all of it of course. Feel free to give him name, background story etc.
4. Do not complain if you don't win the adopt. Don't ask me if there's another raffles etc.... and most importantly, don't hate the one that win this adopt. We respect each other, world peace...yeah?

How do I decide the winner of this adopt?
I'll have the help of random.org to pick the winner. For example, when the raffle closed, there are 100 person faving this, then I'll use random.org to pick a random number from 1-100. If the number I get is 50, the 50th deviant that fave this pic will be the winner of this adopt. If I found out the winner didn't follow the rules and requirement given, then I'll pick another number until I get the person that follows the rules.
