He controls fire better than water. He creates blue flame from his hand. The power of his flame is stronger than Xuan Long. But he seldom use his power because of his kind heart. He doesn’t show much of his power unless it’s necessary. Most people think he’s weak but somehow, he can be stronger than Xuan Long. Qi Rui can also read other’s memory by touching their personal items. He can’t fly when young. But when he reaches teenage, he found out that he can fly like the dragons. His power is yet to be discovered

Personality
 very, very kind-hearted and happy-go-lucky kirin
 A crybaby. Shows tears very often when he’s young, especially after he got bullied by Xuan Long.
 Gets well with anyone but he likes to approach Xuan Long and was trying to cheer him up all the time….but failed to.
 Very scared of animals due to his past life.



Miscellaneous
 He doesn’t have horns when young. But the horns grow slowly when he gets older.
 He grew taller than Xuan Long when they became adult. Very much taller, which annoys Xuan Long very much.
 He wears an orb with the word “麒“(Kirin). The orb was given by Xuan Long (well, in a tsun way of course) to show his trustworthy toward Qi Rui. He brings along the orb everywhere he goes.
 A vegetarian. He pukes if he smells meat.




History
Qi Rui was born in the nature, he doesn’t have parents or siblings. He once lived in a jungle, due to his eating habit as a vegetarian, he ended up having food competition with other herbivores in the jungle. The animals attacked him for food. Qi Rui lived a life eating leaves and grass. One day, a tiger tried to eat him. To protect himself, he used his power and blew up half of the jungle. The animals became angry with him and chased him out of the jungle. Qi Rui wondered around and was discovered by Shuji and Avatar near their school. Qi Rui cried loudly when Shuji gave him bread. He followed Shuji and Avatar back home, without their knowing. Later, he was found sleeping outside their door. Shuji and Avatar decided to keep him. Qi Rui was later introduced to Xuan Long. He was eager to get along well with him but always got bullied. At first, he was afraid of Xuan Long, but he was always curious about Xuan Long. It happened one day when Xuan Long was pulling his scarf and Qi Rui accidentally touched his orb. He read all Xuan Long’s memory and began to feel the pain that Xuan Long was having. After that, he became more clingy to Xuan Long, trying to cheer him up and hoping to turn him back to the “original” Xuan Long.
After years, both of them became good friends. Xuan Long, still in his tsun, started to trust him more than anyone else. He gave Qi Rui an orb, with the word “麒”,created using his water power.</sub>
